How to Fill RMGB KYC Form?

1. Enter your name, account number, and employee type.
2. PAN number (Form 60 if PAN is not available); fill in any of the document (Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Voter ID, NREGA Job Card, Passport) details.
3. Tick the document you are submitting and then its number. Also fill in your Aadhaar number.
4. Fill in the complete address. Please make sure that the address filled in and the document’s submitted address match.
5. Fill in your registered mobile number and email address.
6. Put the date, place name, and signature.
Once the form is filled out, visit your home branch and submit the form along with the PAN and Aadhaar photocopy.
Can I submit KYC online?
No. There is no online process to submit KYC online. You must visit the branch along with your documents.
